Pilates
Inner core strength for balance, strength and coordination. Working through 34 original pilates moves, starting gentle and working up to advanced, you are able to settle into the intensity of your own ability. We practise moving into unbalanced positions to better challenge and strengthen core stability. Suitable for all: beginners and advanced, rehabilitating injuries, athletes, men and women, the young, and young at heart.
Yogalates
From the ground up, creating a firm foundation for balance and stability, finding our feet. Using the breath for strength and movement, coordinating pilates core work into the flow for better grounding, balance and strength, we combine pilates fundamentals with the best of vinyasa yoga.
Live interactive online classes
After your initial 1-2-1 session with me you will be able to join a group class anytime throughout the week, using the online meeting platform Zoom. In order to get a real life teacher/ student experience, the interactive, 2- way zoom meetings are fundamental, bringing the class environment into the safety of your own home.
