My tribe

Living not far from Glastonbury, Somerset, with 3 small boys and two dogs, we like the great outdoors.

I have been an Advanced Personal Trainer since 2011, and I diversified into teaching Pilates in 2012: I haven't looked back!! For myself, I found practising pilates realigned my posture, supported my back and gave me a core strength previously unknown.

This is what I know I can give to my clients: inner strength, spine support, and correct posture. With this knowledge we work on basic positions, and compounds movements, subtle contractions, and advanced workouts.

Since the birth of my first son, I have added vinyasa yoga to my practise. I love the complimenting free flow of constant movement adding a global strength, and inner heat. I combine yoga poses and flows with inner core connection and pilates fundamentals for a true yoga and pilates hybrid.
